Darlene M. Gregory of National City, Michigan former resident of Mt. Morris, Michigan died on Sunday, November 13, 2016. Darlene was born the daughter of Rudy and Mary (Callahan) Oberprillar on April 28, 1934 in Flint, Michigan. Darlene loved to cook and enjoyed spending time in her garden and bird watching and loved bowling with her husband and together they traveled and bowled in tournaments all over and in many different states. She married her Joseph Gregory on May 11, 1996 in Las Vegas and together they shared 20 years of marriage. Darlene is survived by her loving husband Joseph and her beloved children; Jack (Pam) Smith, Ronald (Stephanie) Smith, Dennis Smith, Paul Smith, Pam (Rod) Nesky and Jeff (Lori) Smith her sister Barbara Gallagher, 13 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 2 nephews and a niece. Darlene was preceded in death by her husband Jack Smith and her brother Chuck Oberprillar. Per Darlene's wishes cremation has taken place and a burial of cremated remains will be held at a later date at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan.
