SYRACUSE--On Monday November 14, 2016 our angel “Haley Bug” gained her wings.

Haley Ann Ritter was born July 3, 1989 in Ogden, Utah to Chad and Tamra Thurgood Ritter. Haley was raised in Syracuse, Utah.

She lived on a schedule and was aware of everything around her. She never spoke a word, but she could speak with her eyes and was very determined. Haley loved to play with a cord and swing it at everyone. Haley would scream at her siblings to tease them while trying to do their homework. Haley’s been our world, our queen and we love her so much. Her dog, Chloe loved her and Haley grew to tolerate her.

She is survived by her parents Chad and Tamra, brother Chase (Sam), sister Whitnee and her grandparents Dennis and Suzanne Ritter. She was preceded in death by her grandparents David and Donell Thurgood and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family gives special thanks to the staff on the third floor at McKay-Dee Hospital and to the staff at the Danville Day Program.

Graveside services will be held Friday, November 18, 2016 at 11 a.m. at the Syracuse City cemetery 1030 W. 1290 S.. Friends may visit with family, Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Rd.
