Lawrence Austin Wade, 75, returned to his Heavenly Father November 10th, 2016.

He was the only child born to Robert Austin Wade and Martha Irene Norris on May 11th, 1941 in Bristol, Virginia.

He married Mary Aileen Cooper June 6th 1970 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

They were later sealed in the St. George Temple November 20th, 1998.

Lawrence was raised in Bristol, Tennessee. He loved trains, planes, and cars.

He joined the Air Force June 1966 and served for over 20 years being stationed in Thailand, England, Germany, and multiple bases in the U.S.

He was a Vietnam Veteran.

He loved people, had a great laugh, and sense of humor. He loved the Tennessee Volunteers Football and Nascar.

He worked at Denny's restaurant for more than 20 years and at Auto Zone for 14.

He served an LDS Mission with his wife at the Santa Clara Welfare Garden.

He is survived by his eternal companion Mary, four sons Jeff (Heather) Wade, Washington, Utah.

Rick (Kierste) Wade, East Aurora, New York.

Kevin (Leslie) Wade, St. George, UT. Robert (Toni) Wade, Santa Clara, Utah, one daughter Pamela (Greg) Price, Layton, UT and 18 ½ grandchildren.

He was a loved husband, father, and grandfather and will be greatly missed.

Funeral services will be held November 17th, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Santa Clara Heights Stake Center 1706 Desert Dawn Dr. Santa Clara, Ut 84765.

Visitations will be held Wednesday November 16th, 2016 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Pine View Mortuary and also at the Santa Clara Heights Stake Center from 12:00-1:30 prior to the funeral on Thursday.

Interment will be in the Santa Clara Cemetery.

The family would like to thank Canyon Homecare & Hospice, Drs.
