Christopher Dominic Dobbs, of Blanchard, Oklahoma, passed away November 13, 2016, at the age of 20. He was born April 10, 1996, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Christopher enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding his motorcycle. He also enjoyed playing video games with his brother and playing football. Christopher wanted to be a helicopter pilot since he was 8 years old. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Christopher is survived by his fiancée, Elizabeth Elliott; 2 children, Isabella Christine Lopez and Jace Alexander Dobbs; his parents, Christopher Dobbs and Jessica Cornwell; brother, Joseph Dobbs; grandparents, Christine Buie, Joann Ivie, and Dora Covey; aunts, Sue Ann Schultz & husband, Johnny, Rikki Ivie, Diana Ivie, Jennifer Frost & husband, Adam, Desiree Eckleberry & husband, Joey, Jewell Scholfield & husband, Steve; uncles, Sonny Riggle & wife, Athena, Charles Slater & wife, Virginia, and Elmer Redford; and a host of cousins, and many other loving family members and friends. He is preceded in death by his grandpa, Johnny Purcell. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Thursday, November 17th and from 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Friday, November 18th, at the John M. Ireland Funeral Home, located at 120 South Broadway, in Moore, Oklahoma. Funeral Services for Christopher will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, November 19, 2016, at Maranatha Ministry of Hope, located at NW 16th & Penn, in Oklahoma City. Interment to follow at Blanchard Cemetery, Blanchard, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of the John M. Ireland Funeral Home.
