Funeral services for Mr. Shawn Wallace of Dublin, will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at 1 PM at the Living Hope Word Church, 101 Pearl Street, East Dublin. Reverend Carlos Jones will officiate. Interment will follow in the Dudley Memorial Cemetery.
Mr. Wallace was born on July 3, 1978, to Mr. Charles and Audrey Jefferson Wallace. He graduated from Dublin High School in 1996, where he played on the Fighting Irish Basketball Team. He was employed with Steel Fab Corporation for many years. Mr. Wallace was an affectionate, loving, caring, dependable, hardworking, loving man. He loved children, family, and friends unconditionally, and had a heart of gold. His favorite team was the Pittsburgh Steelers, and gave his father the nickname #74, his favorite phrase was "Live Action", and had had a dedicated father, and mother nicknamed "Lil Mama"/Baby Girl. He passed away on November 12. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mrs. Fannie Jefferson Kemp, Mr. Emmett Jefferson, Mr. Vallon Wallace Sr., Mrs. Elizabeth Wallace, his uncles, Jeffrey Jefferson, Leon Wallace, Vallon Wallace Jr., and by his aunts, Debra and Loretta Wallace.
