The car traveled 700 feet and hit an electric pole, causing a 45-minute power outage in parts of Greenhills, Finneytown and College Hill.

A Lockland fireman, Clarence Richardson, 54, 404 Pershing Ave., was killed Sunday night when his car left the northbound collector lane near General Electric on I-75 in Evendale. The car traveled 700 feet and hit an electric pole, causing a 45-minute power outage in parts of Greenhills, Finneytown and College Hill.
