While residing on a farm near Earlham, Iowa on December 14, 1919 there came into the home of Bernard E. and Verl Barnett-Cook a dear little brown eyed baby boy brining joy and happiness into the home as only such a dear little life can. He was christened Marvin B. He grew to be a sturdy, playfull little fellow winning many friends with his cunning ways.
We know not why but on the evening of September 28, 1923, after only two days illness which was not considered serious at all until a few hours before, the little spirit went out.
Little Marvin leaves a father, mother, little brother Robert, grandfather, uncles, aunts and cousins and many friends who will sadly miss his cheerful happy face.
