Teresa Glenn (nee Burke), of West Caldwell, NJ, passed away on Saturday, November 12, 2016

Relatives and friends will visit at the Codey & Jones Funeral Home, 54 Roseland Avenue, Caldwell, NJ 07006 on Tuesday, November 15th from 4-8 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at St. Aloysius R.C. Church, 219 Bloomfield Ave., Caldwell on Wednesday, November 16th at 10:00 am. Born and raised in Jersey City, NJ, Teresa was the daughter of the late John and Ellen (Griffin) Burke in a home with 1 brother and 5 sisters. She married James G. Glenn, Jr. on May 21, 1960 and together they raised their family of five in West Caldwell. In addition to being a homemaker and mother she was an administrative assistant at Welsh Farms in West Caldwell for 20 years, retiring in 2000.

Teresa was a devoted member of St. Aloysius Church in Caldwell. She was an avid reader who also enjoyed; playing bocce, exercise class, group trips to the theatre, square dancing and traveling with her husband, Jim, long walks and watching her grandchildren play in sports and cheerleading.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband, James and dear brother, Joseph Burke. Surviving are her devoted children, James G. Glenn, III (Kelli), Kevin P. Glenn (Gabriella), Kathleen M. Ullrich (William), Timothy M. Glenn and Matthew J. Glenn (Kathryn); loving sisters, Maureen Apito, Eileen Conticchio, Patricia Roberts, Peggy Bieler and Marilyn Walsh; cherished grandchildren, Kevin J. Glenn, Alexandra Ullrich, Griffin L. Glenn, Connor Ullrich, Patrick J. Glenn, Matthew T. Glenn, Morgan Glenn, Marlys Glenn and Reaghan Glenn.
