Mary Loucille Webber Grier, age 100, of Cottondale, died Dec. 23, 2010, at DCH Regional Medical Center. Graveside services will be 3:30 p.m. today at Tuscaloosa Memorial Park with Bro. Palmer Kizziah officiating and Tuscaloosa Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home.

She was preceded in death by her father, Charlie Webber; mother, Lillie Webber; husband, Neil T. Grier; brothers, Archie Webber and Jessie Webber; sisters, Lessie West and Hester Burton Muyrh Riley; sons, Mack Murray Hayes; and daughter, Doris Louise Burthalten.

Survivors include her daughters, Shirley Patton of Coaling, Charlotte Dodson (Tommy) of Brookwood, and Bonnie Grant (Bobby) of Stockbridge, Ga.; sons, Ray Hayes of Peterson, L.M. Hayes (Elizabeth) of Cottondale, Joe Hayes (Jimmy) of Tuscaloosa, and Revis Hayes of Cottondale; 28 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Randy Hayes, Danny Hayes, Stan Hayes, Joey Patton, John Hinton, Thomas Dodson, III, Bobby Grant, Jr., and Lee Hayes.

Honorary pallbearers are Lee Dees, Crystal Brown Loretta Edwards, Rebecca Marcum, and staff of Heritage Nursing Home; Thomas Patton; Carol Reed; 5th Floor DCH Regional Medical Center; Gerald Goins, and Olen Lewis.
