Mrs Apple died at her home north of Braddyville about 3:15 am Sunday. She had been in failing health since the death of her husband last fall.
The services will be conducted by the Rev Orvel Prather, pastor of the Braddyville Christian church. Burial will be in the Clarinda cemetery. Mrs Apple was a member of the Royal Neighbors Lodge.
Surviving are: two sons, Claude of Braddyville and Orville of Los Angeles, Calif; two daughters, Clarice Apple and Mrs Nina Bix, both at home; a brother, Clyde Johnson of Clarinda; and a sister, Mrs George Laub of Braddyville. CLARINDA HERALD JOURNAL, Clarinda, Iowa, Apr 9, 1951
