Mary, 94 of Homer passed away on Friday November 11, 2016 at Eaton Community Palliative Care in Charlotte surrounded by her sons. She was a daughter of Sam and Luma (Nealy) Wireman
On March 28, 1939 she married Arthur Arnett in Salyersville, KY. He preceded her in death on August 5, 1967. Mag loved the outdoors especially hunting, fishing, gardening, and camping. She made many wonderful memories with her family taking trips to Canada and the U.P to go hunting and fishing.
Surviving Mag are her sons, Gary Arnett and Jerry Arnett both of Homer, grandson Tim (Melanie) Arnett, great grandsons, Timothy and Nathan Arnett.
She was preceded in death by her husband and her parents.
A funeral service celebrating the life of Mary took place on Monday November 14, 2016 at the funeral home with Rev. James Codde officiating. Interment followed at Fairview Cemetery in Homer.
