Bill was born Dec. 18, 1944, in Moberly to Percy B. and Etta (Broaddus) Rinehart.
Bill served his country honorably in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
He married Rayma Glydewell on Jan. 30, 1971, in Moberly.
