Jerry Don Atkins, 58, of Muldrow, Oklahoma passed away on Friday, November 11, 2016 in Fayetteville, Arkansas
He was born on September 28, 1958 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to J.D. and Beatrice (Calcote) Atkins.
He was a former carpet layer and was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Phyllis Fondren and Sheila Dunn.
Funeral services will be at 1:00PM, Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife Elaine Atkins of the home one daughter, Stephanie Bailey of Greenwood, AR; two sons, Jerry Don Atkins, Jr of Hot Springs Village, AR and Donnie Atkins of Arkoma, OK; one brother, Charles Atkins of Fort Smith, AR; one sister, Debbie Starling of Flippin, AR; 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Pallbearers are Jerry Don Atkins, Jr., Donnie Atkins, Clay Bailey, Jason Faldon and Alvin and Johnny Satterfield.
