Angelina Rosa (Zanotelli) Bonani, 96, of West Harford, beloved wife for 60 years of Bruno Albino Bonani, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 with her family by her side.
Born in Livo, Italy on November 19, 1919, she was the daughter of the late Oreste Zanotelli and Giuditta (Mengoni) Zanotelli.
A loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Angelina will be dearly missed by her two children, Fred Bonani of Santa Clarita, CA and Giuditta "Judy" B. Caponetto and husband Michele of Hartford; four adored grandchildren, Francesco Caponetto and wife Rosetta of Auburn, AL, Angela Bonani Fritz and husband Tim of Kendall, WI, Kevin Bonani of Burbank, CA, and Angelina Caponetto of Middletown and two cherished great-grandchildren, Eva Caponetto and Diana Fritz. She is also survived by her sister, Rosa Rodegher of Hartford and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Angelina was predeceased by her daughter-in-law, Diana M. Bonani and two sisters, Onorina Zorzi and Inez Marzetta.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Monday (November 14) from 9-11 a.m. at the D'Esopo Funeral Chapel, 277, Folly Brook Blvd., Wethersfield followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m. at the Church of the Incarnation, 544 Prospect St., Wethersfield.
