HENRYVILLE, IN. -- MULLINS, BERTHA M., 81, of 1825 Frontage Rd., Henryville, KY, passed away at 9:38 p.m. Saturday, December 30, 2006 peacefully at Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville, IN. She was a member of Blue Lick Christian Church in Henryville, IN. She was a homemaker. She was the widow of the late Sid Mullins, who she married December 23, 1948. She is survived by her daughters, Susan Rose of Henryville and Belinda Frazier-Mullins of Henryville; sons, Fred Mullins (Lois) of Henryville, David Mullins (Christina) of Clarksville, IN, and Brent Mullins of Henryville; sisters, Beatrice Waddell of Louisville, Vernice Ferguson of Louisville; and brother, Ernie MacMahan (Joan ) of Louisville. The funeral service is 1 p.m. Wednesday at Blue Lick Christian Church, with Pastor Chad Tingley officiating. Interment is at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Henryville. Friends are invited to call 3-9 p.m. Tuesday at R.D. Pyke Funeral Service and after 10 a.m. Wednesday at Blue Lick Christian Church.
