Jamie Eric Henry, age 32, passed away on November 9, 2016 at his residence in Jenks, Oklahoma. Jamie was born on February 29, 1984 to Joe Henry and Betty (Phillips) Smith. He was a Mounds High School graduate from the class of 2002. A highlight of Jamie's high school years was wearing his highly decorated letterman jacket. After graduation, he attended East Central University and was majoring in Business. His most current employment was a lab technician for the paint company, Diamond Vogel. Jamie had many hobbies that included golf, watching and playing sports of any kind, rooting for the OU Sooners football team, fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family and friends. Everyone knew when the latest "Michael Jordan" basketball shoes came out, because Jamie would add them to his collection. He is preceded in death by his grandparents; Charles "Bubber" Henry and Robbie Jean (Walker) Henry, Molton Phillips and Lillie Bea (McGeeHee) Phillips; cousin, Sarah Caylin Ballard. Funeral Service will be 2:00pm on Monday, November 14, 2016 at Faith Church, 1901 W. 171st Street South, Glenpool, OK 74033. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery, Mounds, OK.
