Mary L. McBeth, 82, of Vanderbilt died Sunday, October 10, 2010 at her home. She was born April 2, 1928, at Chalk Hill, a daughter of the late Stephen and Hannah Margaret Kirkpatrick Beucher. Mrs. McBeth was a 1946 graduate of the former Dunbar Twp. High School. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Amvets Post 103 in Hopwood. She was also a member of the Connellsville Eagles and the Uniontown Moose Lodge. She was a member of the Leisenring Presbyterian Church where she was a church elder and where she assisted with the Food Bank.
She is survived by her children, Martha E. Murphy and her husband Kenneth of Dayton, Ohio, Randolph McBeth and his wife Brenda of Vanderbilt and Steven McBeth and his companion Ann of Uniontown; three grandchildren, Brian Murphy and his wife Amy, Christine Crum and her husband Kenneth and Jenifer McBeth; three great-grand-children, Jonathan Murphy, Adrienne Murphy and Ian Murphy and one brother, Stephen Beucher and his wife Barbara of Vanderbilt. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Paul H. McBeth in 2007 and all of her other brothers and sisters.
Friends will be received from 1-9 P.M. Tuesday in the BROOKS FUNERAL HOME, INC., 111 E. Green St., Connellsville, where services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday with Pastor Richard Watson officiating. Interment -Green Ridge cemetery.
