David Keith Samples, age 47, of Bristol, Va., went to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at UVA Medical Center.
He was born December 18, 1968 in Kingsport, Tenn., a son of the late Joseph and Mary Eads Samples.
David resided in the Bristol area for the last 14 years coming from Kingsport. He worked at HSN for 10 years. David was a member of Christian Fellowship Church.
He is survived by his wife, Sarah Elaine Brooks Samples; brother, Johnny Samples; niece, Rory Commerton; nephew, Thomas Brooks; father and mother-in-law, Bruce and Patricia Brooks; brother-in-law, Christopher Brooks and Amy Cornell; sister-in-law, Rebecca Commerton and husband Justin.
The funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, November 15, 2016 in the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ronda Gentry officiating.
The interment at Mountain View Cemetery.
Honorary pallbearers will be Brett Byrd, Terry Sexton, Jerry Sexton, Ronnie Stacy, Robbie Luster, Kevin Coe, Stacy Gentry, Greg Salyers, Eric Long, and all the friends and family his life touched.
