Terry taught school two years and then went in business with his father (A.G. Aldridge) and Sons established in 1888, located at Fishers, N.Y. He is also a General Insurance Agent. They resided on a farm at Valentown Road, Victor, N.Y.
Terry past away from a heart attack while doing chores in the barn.
