Florence I. Rouleau was born on 11/28/1921 and passed away on 11/8/2016. She was the 3rd of 7 children born in Pingree, ID to Clarence & Gertrude (Inskeep) Ropp. At 3 years old the family moved and went to school in Wapato, WA. Florence married Julius Miller and they had 2 children, Patricia Clark & Jerry Miller son who passed in 1982. She later divorced and in 1950, married Leo Fortier, had one son, Richard Leo Fortier who passed in 2013. Florence was in real estate from 1967 to 1980 in Yakima, a career she enjoyed. Leo Fortier passed in 1984. In 1999, Florence married Earl Rouleau of Seattle originally of Moxee. Earl & Florence lived in Seattle until Earl passed away with Alzheimer's. Florence then moved to Vancouver, WA to be by her sister, Cathy Ray. In 2015, Florence moved to Wenatchee so her daughter could take over her care.

She was a member of the American Legion for 27 years.

She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Clark; sister, Cathy Ray; her grandchildren, Carmen Cracker, Mark Sommers of Wenatchee and Todd & Brock Fortier of Yakima; great grandchildren, Amber Cracker, Braden Cracker, Jaska Sommers and Shanel Sommers; great-great grandchildren, Averee & Braxston. Preceding her in death were her brothers, Lawrence, Glenn, Carl, Eldon and a sister, Ruby.

Florence was loved a lot by her family and the Fortier family.
