Cecilia Ann Marie "CeCe" Williams, 17, of Columbus, went home Monday, November 7, 2016. She was born in Columbus to Robert and Brenda (McArtor) Williams. She was a senior at Whetstone High School and a proud member of the marching and jazz bands. She was passionate about music. Many thanks to her mentor and band director Josh Reynolds. She carried a 4.0 grade point average. CeCe was a member of Xenos Christian Fellowship where she was very active. She always had a smile on her face, was witty and funny and always had something nice to say. She was loved by many and will be missed by all. She is preceded in death by grandparents Bruce and CeCe McArtor and John and Helen Williams, Aunt Sandy McArtor and Aunt Sharon Walls. CeCe is survived by her parents, Robert and Brenda Williams; siblings, Victoria Rose Williams, Andrea (Dave) Gates and Sean (Shana) Williams; Aunts and Uncles, Tanya "Tata" (Ray) Lowks, Mike (Cheryl) McArtor, Lee Walls and Terry Mulholand; nieces and nephews, Kyle, Joe, Noah, Parker, Emily, Sean, Bailey, Kaylee, Cooper and Jaidalyn; cousins, Melissa, Mindy and Megan; employer, second mom and angel, Tanya Sockman; close friend, Shane Powell; and many, many friends. Family will receive friends Friday, November 11, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at SCHOEDINGER NORTH CHAPEL, 5554 Karl Rd. A memorial service will be held 11 AM, Saturday, November 12, 2016 at Xenos Christian Fellowship, 1390 Community Park Drive, Columbus, OH 43229.
