Age 88, a daughter of the late Rozier H. and Isabelle Knauer Kirkpatrick.
She was a 1946 graduate of Academy High School where she was a member of the National Honor Society. She retired from the Carney Law Firm where she worked as a receptionist.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Donald L. Snyder, who passed away on June 17, 2006; two sisters, Lois M. Kabasinski and Blanche L. Conner; and one brother, Robert H. Kirkpatrick.
Survivors include four sons, David L. Snyder and his wife, Karen, of North East, Gary L. Snyder and his wife, Diane, of Erie, Mark C. Snyder and his wife, Denise, of McKean, and Brian D. Snyder (Lisa) of Erie; two daughters, Carol Ann Mays and her husband, David, of Westline, Pa., and Ann Marie Nodzak and her husband, Don, of Erie; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Burial will follow in Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery.
