Ruth E. Jeffers, 78, of Indianapolis, passed away November 7, 2016. She was born April 17, 1938 in Lebanon, IN to the late William E. and Pauline F. Mills Carter.
Prior to retirement in 2002 she was employed in the warehouse at Von Duprin and RCA.
Ruth is survived by her loving husband, Emery L. "Ricky" Jeffers, Jr.; children, Nancy Jessee (Raydean), Melissa, Ricky, Emily Jeffers, Kadem Elliot; sister, Loretta Pratt; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her sisters, Betty Hammer and Lois J. Neal.
Services entrusted to Shirley Brothers Irving Hill Chapel.
