Carmen Kay Davis was born to the parents of William R. and Hope Davis in Townsend. The family moved to Walden, Colo., in 1957 where Carmenen grew up in a small mountain town while her parents published the Jackson County Star.
In 1967 she moved to Bozeman and then to Three Forks in 1969 when Hope and Bill purchased the Three Forks Herald.
Carmen is survived by her sister, Jo Rill Jewett (Jim) of Three Forks. She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers Bobby and Jim.
