He was born August 23, 1957 to Arthur and Annabelle (Eaton) Foster and was the youngest of 13 siblings.
Jack was disabled and had worked for the Vincennes City Sanitation department, Siever's Processing, and for various farmers on Main street road. Riding his moped, listening to country music, watching television, fishing, gardening, and cooking were some of his hobbies. Jack enjoyed his family and friends and was always willing to give his help to others.
Surviving are two sons, Jamie and Justin Foster; four brothers, Ted, Gene, Gary, and Charles Foster; four sisters, Mettie Rhoades, Suzanne Tapley, Sandy Greentree, and Sharon Smith. Also surviving are his grandchildren, Blayr and Mackinzie Foster and his step grandchildren, Sydni Williams, Jadlyn Williams, and Braden Williams.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and four brothers, Raymond, Issac, Jim, and Danny Foster.
Funeral services were held at Goodwin Funeral Home with Pastor Pete White officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
