Paulette was born July 29, 1953, to Aline Croom Horston and Johnny Nesbitt in Milan, TN. She retired from Tanglewood Trace Retirement Community after many years of service. She was a very dedicated mother, wife and friend to many.
Paulette leaves to cherish her memory her husband, James Earl Collins, three children, Latasha Nesbitt, Sharron Nesbitt and Carnell Johnson, three grandchildren, Ty'Quarius Nesbitt, Malaysia Peate and Ariyon Bonds, six sisters, Barbara Green, twin sister, Jeanette (Steven) Smith, Patsy Nesbitt, Jacqueline Horston, Linda Horston and Lisa Horston, four brothers, Terry Nesbitt, Tony Hoston, James Horston, Jr., and Ronnie Horston, along with a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Paulette was preceded in death by her mother and father, Aline Croom Horston and Johnny Nesbitt, stepfather, James Horston, Sr., grandson, Rontavius Burkes, brother, Jerrylen Nesbitt, two nieces, Wanda Viverette & Shasta Hortson, and a nephew, David Green.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, November 12, 2016, at Macedonia Baptist Church, with viewing occurring from 10:00 a.m., to 11:00 a.m., at the church.
