Sarah Elizabeth Russell, 34, was born the daughter of James J. and Catherine (Cote) Russell. Sarah grew up in Brewer and graduated Brewer High School in 2000 and the University of Maine in 2004. Sarah had a passion for animals, and she loved her job at the Bangor Humane Society. A true Brewer witch, Sarah adored Halloween and considered October “the most wonderful time of the year.” She also loved reading, her family, music, her animals, field hockey and dance parties in the kitchen. Everyone who knew Sarah will remember and dearly miss her wit, her sarcastic sense of humor, her laugh and her beautiful smile.
Sarah was predeceased by her father on March 30, 2014. She will be deeply missed by her mother Catherine, her sister Alexandra, her beloved furbabies Sprocket, Rifkin, and Pepper Pots; her Nana and Papa, John and Pauline Lodge; her aunts and uncles and many cousins.
