On August 28, 2016, Gerald P. Albeck, 67, was called home to heaven. Jerry spent his last days at Geisinger/Columbia Montour Hospice in Danville, PA. Our family was graciously taken in and cared for by wonderful Christian ladies. Thank you to each one of you! Jerry was the son of the late Ed and Marie Albeck of Forest Lake, PA.

Jerry did many different jobs, the ones he enjoyed most were a walking mailman and church janitor at South New Milford Baptist Church. He delighted in serving Christ. He also served in the US Navy. Jerry was in charge of the garbologists at the Harford Fair.

Jerry and Rae Belle were married for 42 years. We thank the Lord for each one of them. Jerry’s sisters, Margo Kletter and Jaclyn Lauffer, and other relatives are grateful for his love and prayers.

Memorial contributions may be sent to the SNMBC, for the Trustee’s Fund, 2967 Harford Road, New Milford, PA 18834.

Jerry’s desire was a private funeral service. We will honor that request. Thank you sincerely for your love, prayers, and cards during his illness. Love and Prayers, Rae Belle & Family.
