Timothy L. Reeves was born and raised in the Kennerly Road section of Irmo, SC, as the fifth of six children born to the late Florence Metze Reeves and the late Reverend Roland Reeves, Sr., both of Irmo, SC.

Timothy attended Irmo area schools, graduating from Irmo High School in 1973; he went on to attend Allen University, eventually graduating Limestone College with a Bachelor of Science. Timothy furthered his studies at ITC in Atlanta, GA, as well as Columbia International University.
Timothy’s love of God’s Word allowed him to be an effective Sunday School and Bible Study teacher; he was a faithful and committed member of St. Paul AME Church in Irmo.
