David was born on May 8, 1955, to Bernardine (nee Rack) and the late John A. Flanigan. David was self-employed and was in the computer software industry. He was a proud father, devoted husband, and an active parishioner at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. David enjoyed nature, traveling, coaching basketball and most importantly his family.
He was the beloved husband of Gina, devoted father of Yun Fong, son of Bernardine (nee Rack), brother of John (Rebecca) & Ken (Kay) Flanigan, Gail Duffy & Sharon Hamberg, preceded in death by his father John A. & brother Robert C. Flanigan.
