Cecil Boyd Brewer

Cecil Boyd Brewer, 80, of Mobile, Ala., died March 1, 2005, at Providence Hospital in Mobile. He was a U. S. Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Earnestine Watts Brewer of Semmes, Ala.; six sons, Michael Brewer, William Brewer and Garth Brewer, all of Laurel, Walter Brewer and Richard Brewer, both of Sacremento, Calif., and David Brewer of Joplin, Mo.; one daughter, Mary Brewer of Sacremento, Calif.; three step-daughters, Diane Miller and Julie Lampkin, both of Semmes, Ala., and Fay McKinion of Wilmer, Ala.; four sisters, Eunice Brewer of Lakewood, Calif., Dimple Doby of Waynesboro, Callie Parker of Bossier City, La., and Wanda McLain of Moss Point; two brothers, Abner Brewer of Garland, Texas and Wilson L. Brewer of Harbor, Wash.; 16 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held March 4 at Jones and Son Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Garry Harred officiating.
Interment followed in the Frisco Cemetery.
Jones and Son Funeral Home of Richton was in charge of the arrangements.
