He was born April 17,1927 to the late Arthur Earthly,Sr. and Hannah Ellis Earthly in Colfax.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Navie Woods Earthly; mother Hannah Ellis Earthly and father Arthur Earthly,Sr.; three sisters; two brothers; and six great-grandchildren.
