Kenneth Beebe
Kenneth A. Beebe, 63,died at his Townsend home early Tuesday, July 16, from natural causes.
Kenneth was born in Yakima, Wash., on March 13, 1933, to James and Thelma (Hale) Beebe. He moved with his parents to Three Forks as a small child and attended schools in Trident and Rosebud.
As a young man he worked at the Trident Cement Plant and on ranches in the area. He then worked in construction and later for Maronick Construction for 26 years. He retired in 1988, due to injuries. He lived in Helena from 1960 until moving to Townsend three years ago.
He married Barbara Burt in Bozeman on May 2, 1954.
A son, Norman, preceded him in death in 1984, and a grandson, Richard Lane, in 1975.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara at their Townsend home; three daughters of Great Falls, Columbia Falls and Helena; a brother of Wapat, Wash.; a sister of Ravalli; nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Fri., July 19, at 11 a.m. at the Townsend Baptist Church with Rev. Mike Wenzel officiating. Connors Mortuary of Townsend is in charge of arrangement.
