Before retiring she worked for Westminster Knit. She was a member of St. Matthew's United Church of Christ in Pleasant Valley, Pleasant Valley Fire Co Ladies Auxiliary, the Gettysburg Region of the AACA (Antique Automobile Club of America and the Ladies Quilt Group.
She is survived by a son, Gary L. Myers and wife, Anita of Westminster; and sister-in-law, Dotty Waddell of Bethany Beach, Del. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a son, Ronald C. Myers; brothers, James R. "Whitie" Waddell and David E. Waddell; and sisters, Louise Weishaar and Dolores Masano.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at 10 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Deborah Cox officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
