Carl “Anthony” Lowe
Age 63, passed away Nov 3, 2016. Anthony was born in McMinnville, TN, raised in Summitville and lived the majority of his adult life in Murfreesboro. He enjoyed spending time with his family & friends, fishing & gardening. He was currently employed by Goodwill Ind, but his life work of over 35 years was a HVAC Technician for Alsup & Alsup. Anthony was a good Christian man & found so much joy in telling people the Gospel and helping the poor, elderly & children in need. He will forever be missed.
He was preceded in death by his parents Cecil and Beulah Lowe; brothers, Levoy and Kenneth Lowe, and sister, Naomi Allen.
He is survived by his daughter, Alicia Yant (Nathan); son, Jamie Lowe (Kendal); grandchildren, Hayden and Amelia Yant; sisters, Johnie Hitlson and Betty Grissom; brother, James Lowe, many loved nieces, nephews, and friends he considered family.
The family will receive friends for visitation at Murfreesboro Funeral Home, Sunday, Nov 6, 2016, from 12pm – 4pm followed by the funeral at 4pm.
The burial will take place at Viola Cemetery in Warren County the following day, Monday, Nov 7, 2016 11:30am.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, we would be grateful for donations in honor of Anthony to be made to your choice of Alive Hospice or St. Judes Children Hospital.
