Jackie "Jack" Lee Maddox, 78, of Radcliff, Kentucky, passed away Monday, February 8, 2016 at Baptist Health in Louisville, Kentucky. He was born January 26, 1938 in Centertown, Kentucky, son of the late Joseph Glenn and Fleeta Rae Faught Maddox. He was married to Ann Wolf Maddox, who survives, for 48 years.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Bridgette (Marc) Salmon and Christa (Eric) Weidner; son, Michael (Alison) Maddox; grandchildren, Aidan, Brady, Evan, Clara, Ava and Mason; brother, Larry (Betty) Maddox.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Sue Brown and a brother, James Maddox.
Visitation will be held from 4-8 PM, Friday, February 12, 2016 at E.C. Nurre Funeral Home, 177 W. Main St. (SR 125), Amelia. A second visitation will be held from 10-11 AM, Saturday at the Faith United Methodist Church, 180 North 5th St., Batavia with funeral services beginning at 11:00 AM. Interment will be held at the Batavia Union Cemetery.
