Pearl Annie Mae Hopper was born in May of 1896 to Tilman and Josie (Crider) Hopper. She married Sidney Alvin Rinks on February 16, 1918 and had 7 children with him over a 12 year period, one of which was my grandfather Amos Sidney Rinks. In 1920 My g-grandmother Pearl had the opportunity to vote for the very first time. Pearl passed from this earth to be with the Lord on January 12, 1934. We are saddened that she was here for such a short time, but those who knew her were truly blessed.
