Kenneth T. Delp, 87, of Harrison Township, died Thursday, Dec. 14, 2006, at Alle-Kiski Medical Center, Natrona Heights.

He was born Jan. 10, 1919, in Emelton to the late Harry Guyer and Emma Kammerdiener Delp and was a World War II Army veteran and a construction foreman at Allegheny Ludlum, Brackenridge, retiring in 1981 after 37 years of service.

Mr. Delp was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, Natrona Heights, where he was attended and was past president of the Good Fellowship Bible Class, and also was a member of the Natrona Heights VFW, the Natrona American Legion and the AARP. He enjoyed being a ham radio operator, woodworking and weekend camping in his RV.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Dorothea L. Ross Delp; children, Kenneth T. Delp, of Maryland, William A. (Sharon) Delp, of Murrysville, Nancy L. (Harry) Krug, of Apollo, and Robert K. Delp, of Natrona Heights; grandchildren, Lorrie, Elizabeth, Rebecca, Gretchen, Cassandra and Hannah, and seven great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Ira S. and Paul E. Delp.

Family and friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the ROBERT PETERS FUNERAL HOME, INC., 1521 Freeport Road, Natrona Heights, 724-224-7730, where services will be at 1 p.m. Monday with the Rev. Glenn Kohlhepp officiating.

Burial will follow in Mt. Airy Cemetery, Natrona Heights.
