David Hawkins, age 53 of Albertville, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2016 at his residence.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, Nov. 5, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Albertville Memorial Chapel Funeral home.

He is survived by his wife, Leah Hawkins, children, Alan, Taylor and Sarah Hawkins, and his uncle, Joe Hawkins.
