Private services will be at Cook Funeral Home. The Rev. George Russell will officiate. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.
He was born Feb. 2, 1938, in Fairbury, a son of Ivan and Mabel Hines Billingsley.
Surviving are his parents; three sisters, Mrs. Deanna Bose, Fairbury; Mrs. Carol Bacus, Las Vegas, Nev.; Mrs. Mary Ann Babbs, Forrest; two brothers William, Forrest; James Ray, address unknown.
