Betty Faye Taulbee, age 75, of Cynthiana, Kentucky, died Tuesday, November 1, 2016, at her residence. She was born November 6, 1940, in Winchester, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Basil and Lizzie Sharp Bradley. She had worked for H&R Block and was a member of the Williamstown Church of God, where she had been a Sunday school teacher.

She was preceded in death by: a son, James Edward Taulbee; and a brother, Neil Bradley. Survivors include: her husband of 58 years, Charles R. Taulbee; three sons, Charles Allen Taulbee, of Georgia, Russell Clay Taulbee, of Cynthiana, and Brian Kevin (Betty) Taulbee, of Richmond; one daughter, Kathy Denise (Omar) Murphy, of Cynthiana; four grandchildren, David Murphy, Doug Murphy, Debbie Harris and Noel Taulbee; two great-grandchildren, Ryan Harris and Tanner Hill; and a close family friend, Gail Adkins.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 5, at the Drake-Whaley-McCarty Funeral Home. Burial will follow the service in the Pythian Grove Cemetery. Friends may call from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105.
