He was the husband of Dawn A. (Eiceman) North, with whom he shared 61 years of marriage. Born in Newmanstown, he was a son of the late Russell and Edith (Snyder) North.
He was an Army Veteran, having served during the Korean War.
He was a 1949 graduate of Newmanstown High School.
He was last working at Master Design, Robesonia, in quality control.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a brother, Kenneth E. North, husband of Pat, Newmanstown; a nephew, Robert North; and a great-nephew, Logan.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Franklin and Robert North.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 5th, at Lamm & Witman Funeral Home, 243 W. Penn Ave., Wernersville, with the Rev. William H. Weiser officiating. A viewing will be held from 9:30-10:30 a.m., Saturday, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Millcreek Memorial Cemetery, Newmanstown.
