She was born Dec. 25, 1931, in Berwick, a daughter of the late Vincent R. and Eva Mae (East) Whitenight.
Joyce graduated from Berwick High School in 1949.
She was employed in Milton at American Home Foods (Chef Boyardee) where she worked for 36 years.
Joyce enjoyed taking nature walks with the 11 dogs she had over the years, and watching birds and animals come to her bird feeder.
Joyce is survived by two daughters and one son-in-law, Deborah and Dean Showers, of Allenwood and Nan Thyssen, of Chesapeake, Va.; one brother, Carl Whitenight; two sister-in-laws, Connie and Bernice Whitenight; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by her first husband, Joseph J. Bradshaw and her second husband, Clayton Hulsizer; one daughter, Cynthia Ann Bradshaw; one great-grandson, Eric Pfirman; three brothers, George, William and Robert Whitenight; three sisters, Jean Whitenight, Gladys Miller and Arlene Varner; and one son-in-law, Michael Thyssen.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in Elan Memorial Park, Bloomsburg, with Pastor John Hill officiating.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Joyce's memory may be made to the Lycoming County SPCA, 2805 Reach Road, Williamsport, PA 17701.
