Michael James Dempsey, 75, Kokomo, passed away at 5:15 am on Tuesday, November 1, 2016, at Aperion Care in Peru.

Funeral services for Michael will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, November 7, 2016, at Shirley & Stout Funeral Home, 1315 West Lincoln Road, Kokomo, with Pastor Jeff Newton officiating. Burial will follow in Walton I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Friends are invited to visit with the family from 2-6 pm on Sunday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made in Michael’s memory to the Boy Scouts of America, Sagamore Council or the St. Vincent Hospital Foundation for Volunteers.
