On December 6, 2017 Vernon Key Garrett, Jr. of Phoenix, MD, U.S. WWII Army and Korean War Air Force Veteran; beloved husband of Anne Garrett (nee Thomas); devoted father of Carla Garrett, Suzanne McIntosh and her husband Rob and the late Jesse Garrett; loving grandfather of four and great-grandfather of three. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at Towson United Methodist Church beginning at 1:00 PM. A brief visitation will begin at 12 noon prior to the service.
