Charlotte Shepherd age 58 wife of Von D. Shepherd passed away from this life on Monday October 31, 2016 at her residence. Charlotte was born on September 30, 1958 in Floyd County a daughter to the late Buck Owsley and Marie Ousley Owsley Shepherd.
Along with her husband she is survived by her three sons: Dewayne Shepherd and his wife Alisha of Louisa, Alex Shepherd and his wife Amy of Thailand and Colten Shepherd; three grandchildren: Chandler Shepherd, Wyatt Shepherd and Kinsley Shepherd; three brothers: Harold Ousley, Jason Shepherd and John Shepherd all of David; six sisters: Regina Shepherd of David, Naomi Slone and her husband Mike of Wayland, Rita Owsley Campbell and her husband Sam of Mousie, Jennifer Phillips and her husband Bruce of Emma, Stephanie Lawson and Myrtle Little both of David.
Time and Place of Services: Friday November 4, 2016 at 12noon at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky
Visitation: after 6pm Wednesday and all day Thursday at the funeral home
Officiating: Justin Ritchie
Burial: Kate Shepherd Cemetery, Magoffin County, Kentucky
