Celly Dinges, 97, of Thornton, was born to Paul and Clara (Randa) Dinges.

On July 1, 1941 he married Josephine Dreiling. They were married for 68 years.

Celestine is survived by his sister, Mary Werth; three sisters-in-law, Betty Dinges, Joey Dreiling, and Gerri Dreiling.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Josephine Dinges on August 11, 2009; son, James Peter Dinges in 1959; parents, Paul and Clara Dinges; and thirteen siblings, Al Dinges, Isadore Dinges, Leonard Dinges, Sylvester Dinges, Louise Weber, Irene Pfeifer, Ambrose Dinges, Germaine Hoffman, Jerome Dinges, Ralph Dinges, Rudy Dinges, Patrick Dinges, and Frances Kindsfather.
