DAYVILLE - Marjorie "Margie" (Sadoway) Lefebvre 72, wife of the late Norman "Terry" Lefebvre formerly of Dayville, died on September 18, 2006 at the Woodpecker Nursing Home in Greene, RI after a prolonged affliction with Alzheimer's Disease. Mr. and Mrs. Lefebvre were married on April 25, 1953 at All Hallows Church in Moosup. She was born September 19, 1933, the daughter of Joseph and Blanche (Bellavance) Sadoway. After the birth of her children she became employed at the former Eddie's Restaurant in Brooklyn and Dayville where she worked under subsequent owners until 1987. She was a communicant of St. Joseph Church in Dayville. Survivors include a son, Norman Lefebvre II of Rogers; two daughters, Renae (Lefebvre) Vandale of Sterling and Michelle (Lefebvre) Armstrong of Plainfield; four sisters, Dorothy Smith and Mary Rose Barlow of Danielson, Pearl Wilkerson of Englewood, Florida and Shirley LaMothe of Blue Eye, Missouri. Seven grandchildren: Christopher Whipple currently stationed in Japan, serving in the USAF, Russell Starr of West Virginia, Chris Armstrong of Norwich, Dawn Vandale of Putnam, Travis Vandale of Danielson, Vanessa (Lefebvre) St. Pierre of Plainfield and Candace (Lefebvre) Navan of Sterling; ten great grandchildren, Andrew, Lauren, Zachary, Gabrielle, Suzie, Ty, Beverly, Emily, Cory, Nicholas and soontobe baby Navan; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Theresa Renaud and a (step) grandson Brian Thurman. Funeral from the GagnonCostello Funeral Home, 33 Reynolds St., Danielson on Thursday at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. at St. Anne Church, Ballouville. Burial will be private.
