Survived by daughter, Tammy Stephens Hayes; grandchildren, Alexis, Pheonix, and Landon; brother, Ron (Laura) Curtis; step children, Kenny (Dede) Stephens, Karen (Danny) Wigley, Scott Stephens, and Timothy Stephens; brothers-in-law, Arnold (Kathy) Stephens and Howard (Jean) Stephens; sisters-in-law, Carolyn (Vester) Cantrell, Betty Stephens Hamby, Martha Stephens Pitts and Elsie Stephens Pitts; ggch, n n & c; special nieces, Wendy Sammons and Natalie Curtis; and special nephew, Ronald Curtis. She was born in Bunkie, La, 1961 graduate of Wanwick High School, retired from Southern Bell Telephone Co., member of Word of Faith Church and attended Divine Faith Church.
