Marjorie Armstrong of Oreland died Friday, Oct. 28, 2016.
Born Aug. 30, 1935, in Scranton, Pa., she was the daughter of Margaret and Joseph Jennings; and sibling of the late Fr. Earl Jennings, TOR, and Theresa Orr.
She is survived by her children, Margaret Ann Direnzo (Tom) of Oreland, Mary Lagler of Port Charlotte, Fla., and Paul Armstrong Jr.(Kathy) of Hatboro. Marjorie also is survived by her grandchildren, Melissa Gunn (Rashid) of Allentown, Pa., Tara Bell (Dan) of East Falls, Pa., Keith Webber of Colorado, Kaitlyn Gailey (Christopher) of Hatfield, Pa., Tyler Webber of Wyoming, and Colleen Armstrong of Hatboro; and her beloved great grandchildren, Markell and Brielle Gunn, and Charlie and Tommy Bell.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, at St. Genevieve Church, 1225 Bethlehem Pike, Flourtown, where relatives and friends are invited to her viewing from 9 to 10 a.m. Interment will follow in St. John Neumann Cemetery in Warrington Township.
